Mr. McDonald succeeds Matt Trerotola, who announced his decision to retire earlier this year. Mr. McDonald joined Enovis with more than 35 years of experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Enovis he served as CEO of LivaNova, a global business creating clinically differentiated medical devices for the head and heart to improve the lives of patients worldwide. Earlier in his career, he was a Group Executive and Corporate Vice President leading a $1.5 billion group of dental consumables companies at Danaher. Additionally, he previously led Zimmer’s spine division and global marketing for J&J’s Ethicon business unit.
