Even though the year is only halfway through, 2025 has already been rich in scientific events for Enovis International Surgical.

MO.S.A.I.C. – Modular Shoulder Arthroplasty International Course

The MO.S.A.I.C. course was held on March 21–22, bringing together an esteemed international faculty led by Dr. Agneskircher. 

The course aimed to explore the latest advancements in shoulder arthroplasty. 

Over two days, surgeons from around the world shared knowledge, discussed emerging trends, and refined techniques in anatomic, reverse, and fracture shoulder arthroplasty. 
A key highlight was the live surgical procedures on day two, offering attendees a real-time look at cutting-edge techniques in action. 

This course is specifically designed for beginner to intermediate-level surgeons. 

MO.S.A.I.C. is confirmed for 2026.

CCHKS - Contemporary Challenges in Hip & Knee Arthroplasty

The C.C.H.K.S. course was held in Madrid from April 2–4, welcoming top orthopedic experts from around the world, united by a shared goal: to challenge conventional thinking, exchange real-world experience, and push the boundaries of hip and knee surgery education.
 
The first day and a half focused on the knee, covering topics such as:

  • Why UKA?
  • Patient Selection and Indications in UKA
  • UKA Case Studies Discussion and the Future of UKA
  • Kinematics in TKA
  • Materials and Current Challenges in TKA
  • Technology in TKA

The second day and a half was dedicated to the hip, with sessions on:

  • Current Challenges in Primary THA
  • Complex THA: A Case-Based Discussion
  • Revision THA
  • Technology in THA
  • Infection Treatment

This course is specifically designed for intermediate to advanced-level surgeons.

C.C.S.S. – Contemporary Challenges in Shoulder Surgery

The C.C.S.S. course was held in Madrid on June 19–20, where we welcomed an esteemed faculty to discuss the most prominent and engaging topics in shoulder surgery. 

The course covered the following topics:

  • Evolution of Shoulder Replacement Design: From Anatomical TSA to Inverted-Bearing RSA
  • Shoulder Replacement in Current Practice
  • Acute Proximal Humeral Fractures and Fracture Sequelae
  • Complex and Revision Cases
  • Outcomes of Shoulder Arthroplasties
  • Materials in Orthopedics
  • The Patient at the Center: Patient-Specific Devices and Pre-Operative Planning

This course is specifically designed for intermediate to advanced-level surgeons. 

Both C.C.H.K.S. and C.C.S.S. are biennial events; therefore, the next editions will be held in 2027.
